How we store your personal information

  • Your information is securely stored.
  • We keep the personal information collected from you on password protected computers. We will keep your data only for so long as is necessary for us to provide you with information about our services and to enable us to discharge our obligations to you. We review the data we hold once every twelve months and any data that we no longer use for the purposes described above is permanently and securely deleted. We will erase any data we hold about you if you request us to do so in writing using the email address above.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
